- Within 3 months of substantial completion, the VAR kiosk hereby permitted shall be painted dark grey (BS18B25) externally to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority, and maintained thereafter

This document represents established best practice, and its implementation provides confidence in preventing uncontrolled discharges to the surrounding habitats. • To safeguard potential animals that could be moving through the site the following RAMs relating to terrestrial mammals will be implemented where applicable. The creation of sloping escape ramps (mammal ladders) for badgers, hedgehogs (and other mammals potentially may be pass through the site), which may be achieved by edge - profiling of trenches/excavations or by using planks placed into them at the end of each working day.
