Planning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.
- Rhaid dechrau'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma cyn pen PUM mlynedd o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn.
- The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site (1:500 scale) and location plan (1:2500 scale) as received 05/03/2025; Cross section plan received 19/12/2024; Green Infrastructure statement received 28/02/2024.
- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Site (1:500 scale) and location plan (1:2500 scale) as received 05/03/2025; Cross section plan received 19/12/2024; Green Infrastructure statement received 28/02/2024.
- The parking spaces shall be finished in Ecodeck ecodrive 500 gravel grids.
- Rhaid i'r mannau parcio gael eu gorffen mewn gridiau graean Ecodeck ecodrive 500.
- The biodiversity enhancements as outlined in the Green Infrastructure statement received 28/02/2024 shall be carried out on site within 1 year of the commencement of development. The provision of bird boxes must be of wood crete/wood stone construction and located on a north or north east facing elevation. Provisions for invertebrates shall be located on a Southerly aspect.
