- The biodiversity enhancement measures in the form of 2 bat boxes shall be fitted to the outbuildings as detailed in an email dated 30.08.2024. These shall be implemented within 6 months of the completion of the works hereby permitted.
- Bydd y mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth ar ffurf 2 flwch ystlumod yn cael eu gosod ar yr adeiladau allanol fel y manylir mewn e-bost dyddiedig 30.08.2024. Bydd y rhain yn cael eu gweithredu o fewn 6 mis i gwblhau'r gwaith a ganiateir drwy hyn.
- No development to which this consent relates shall commence until an appropriate Level 3 building record has been undertaken in accordance with section 5 of Historic England’s Understanding Historic Buildings (2016) and the survey submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority by means of a formal application. Digital copies of the resulting survey shall then be deposited with the National Monuments Record of Wales in Aberystwyth.
