Installation of 28 domestic ground mounted solar panels (12.04KW), external inverter, battery and car charger and associated cable connections

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

3. 4. 5. If the solar panels and associated equipment become redundant or obsolete, then the solar panels and all associated equipment must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate and the site restored to its former condition.
6. Os daw'r paneli solar a'r offer cysylltiedig yn segur neu'n ddarfodedig, yna rhaid symud y paneli solar a'r holl offer cysylltiedig o fewn chwe mis i'r datblygiad ddod i ben ac adfer y safle i'w gyflwr blaenorol.
7. 4) Prior to the first occupation/use of the development hereby approved the following shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: - 3 bird boxes. The bird boxes shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.

Bydd y blychau adar wedi hynny yn cael eu cynnal a’u cadw yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau’r gwneuthurwr a’u cadw am oes y datblygiad, a rhaid i unrhyw rai sy’n cael eu cyfnewid fod o fanyleb gyfatebol.
9. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

11. To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.

13. To ensure that the visual impact of the proposed development is minimised if the development becomes redundant in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies and in particular policies DP1 and DP2.
14. Er mwyn sicrhau bod effaith weledol y datblygiad arfaethedig yn cael ei leihau os daw'r datblygiad yn segur yn unol â Pholisïau Cynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri ac yn arbennig polisïau DP1 a DP2.
15. To provide a biodiversity enhancement, in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan policies and in particular Policy 1, Strategic Policy D and Planning Policy Wales.
