Planning conditions
- The use of these two properties as a single dwelling would not amount to development under section 55 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), as it would not be a material change of use. Therefore, planning permission is not required to revert to use as a single dwellinghouse. Change of use of a property from Class C6 to C3 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) is permitted development which is not affected by the Article 4 Direction imposed in the Eryri National Park on 01.06.25.
