- The rooflights hereby permitted shall be of the “conservation type” with a frame flush with the outer face of the roof slope.
- 3) Within 3 months of the planning permission hereby approved, the following biodiversity enhancements shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: a) 6 Woodstone Allcante Oval Hole Brown Nest Boxes b) 4 Woodstone Allacante Open Brown Nest Boxes The biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
