Planning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- 3) Before the first use of the development hereby approved, the following biodiversity enhancement shall be installed in accordance with the Green Infrastructure Statement hereby approved: CJ Wildlife El Paso 34mm Nes Box The biodiversity enhancement shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
