- Prior to the use of the development hereby approved proposed the biodiversity enhancements specified in the details hereby approved shall be installed. The biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained and retained for the lifetime of the development.
- Cyn defnyddio'r datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn rhaid gosod y gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth a nodir yn y manylion a ganiateir drwy hyn. Wedi hynny bydd y gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth yn cael eu cynnal a'u cadw am oes y datblygiad.
