- 3) Before the first use of the development hereby approved, the following biodiversity enhancement shall be installed in accordance with the plans hereby approved: 2 SP Schwegler Sparrow Terrace Box The biodiversity enhancement shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
- No surface water from any increase in the roof area of the building /or impermeable surfaces within its curtilage shall be allowed to drain directly or indirectly to the public sewerage system.
- To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

- Advisory Note: 1. Please find enclosed a copy of the Welsh Water comments dated 28.04.26, which lists requirements, including the need for a Build Over Sewer Agreement.
