Planning conditions
- The proposal entails the change of use to a non-tourist use, which is resisted by policy DP 28 in this coastal location, and it has not been demonstrated that the policy requirements in terms of viability, alternative similar uses and marketing have been met. The proposal is therefore considered to contravene the provisions of policies DP 28 and SP H of the Eryri Local Development Plan 2016 – 2031 and Supplementary Planning Guidance 8 Visitor Accommodation.
