Installation of external air-source heat pump

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan (22 July 2024) Block Plan (22 July 2024) ASP – Sound Power Level Rello NXHM 006 – 6KW Bee Boxes Menai Heating Green Infrastructure Statement 3810 Big Foot System Fix-it Foot Heat Pumps NXHM 004-016 Existing Elevation (A4 1:100) Proposed Elevation (A4 1:100)
4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan (22 July 2024) Block Plan (22 July 2024) ASP – Sound Power Level Rello NXHM 006 – 6KW Bee Boxes Menai Heating Green Infrastructure Statement 3810 Big Foot System Fix-it Foot Heat Pumps NXHM 004-016 Existing Elevation (A4 1:100) Proposed Elevation (A4 1:100)
5. Within 1 month of the first operation of the development hereby approved a Beepot shall be positioned in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions within the residential curtilage of the dwellinghouse subject to this planning permission. The Beepot shall be retained within the residential curtilage of the dwellinghouse and maintained in accord with the manufacturer’s instructions for the lifetime of the development hereby approved, any replacement Beepot shall be of the same specification.

7. If the development hereby approved becomes redundant or obsolete, then the air source heat pump and all associated external equipment and fixtures must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate.
8. Os daw'r datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn yn ddiangen neu'n anarferedig, yna rhaid symud y pwmp gwres ffynhonnell aer a'r holl offer a gosodiadau allanol cysylltiedig o fewn chwe mis i'r dyddiad y daw'r datblygiad i ben.
9. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

15. To safeguard the amenities of the area in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies and in particular Development Policy 1.
