- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- Prior to the first use of the development hereby approved the following biodiversity enhancements shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: - Woodstone swift nest box. - Schwegler 1SP sparrow terrace box. The biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
