Planning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- 3. Before the first use of the development hereby approved, the following biodiversity enhancement shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: - Vivaro Pro Woodstone Swift Nest Box The biodiversity enhancement shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
