Planning conditions
- The permission hereby granted shall not ensure for the benefit of the land at Chalet 59 but shall operate for the benefit of Mr. Larry Simpkin and Mrs. Jane Simpkin only and on discontinuance of their use of the land at Chalet 59, the use hereby permitted shall cease and the occupancy of the chalet will not be permitted between the 7th of January and the 1st of March in any year.
