- Within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby approved, the biodiversity enhancements specified in the Green Infrastructure Statement & Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme (30-05-2025) shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved. These biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development. any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
