  1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan PL 01 Existing and Proposed Block Plans PL 02 Existing Plans, Sections and Elevations PL 03 Proposed Plans, Sections and Elevations PL 04 Green Infrastructure Statement Catalina
  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan PL 01 Existing and Proposed Block Plans PL 02 Existing Plans, Sections and Elevations PL 03 Proposed Plans, Sections and Elevations PL 04 Green Infrastructure Statement Catalina
  5. Before the first use of the development hereby approved, the following biodiversity enhancements shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: 2 Schwegler bat boxes 1 Sparrow Terrace bird nesting box The biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
  6.   7. No surface water from any increase in the roof area of the building / or impermeable surfaces within its curtilage shall be allowed to drain directly or indirectly to the public sewerage system
