- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Feed Bin Location Plan Feed Bin Drawing Feed Bin Front Elevation Feed Bin Specifications Green Infrastructure Statement – Cae Crwn Farm dated 17th of October 2024
- All tree planting set out in the hereby approved ‘Green Infrastructure Statement’ shall be followed and implemented in full during the winter of 2024/2025.
- Bydd yr holl blannu coed a nodir yn y ‘Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd’ a gymeradwyir yma yn cael ei ddilyn a’i weithredu’n llawn yn ystod gaeaf 2024/2025.
- If within a period of five years from the date of the planting of any tree forming part of the Green infrastructure Statement, a tree is removed, uprooted, destroyed or dies, another tree of the same species and size as that originally planted shall be planted at the same place during the next planting season immediately following the death/removal/destruction of that tree, in accordance with recommendations laid out in B.S 8545:2014.
