Planning conditions
- The roof of the dwellinghouse shall be covered with blue-grey slates from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area, or slates with equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics details of which shall be provided and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and retained thereafter.

Within three months of the substantial completion of the development hereby approved the following shall be installed in the positions shown on the hereby approved plans: • 1 no. bird box and 1 no. bat box The bird box and bat box shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development. Any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
