Retrospective application for external landscaping works, external finishes to the existing dwelling, replacement of chimney and erection of pergola

1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 01 Rev.C (‘Proposed plan’), Dated: 14 June 2024; 02 Rev.B (‘Sections – Elevations’), Dated: 13 June 2024; 03 Rev. C (‘Section – Elevations’), Dated: 14 June 2024; 07 (Proposed Elevation’), Dated: 14 June 2024; and ‘Green Infrastructure Statement’, Received: 14 June 2024.

3. The applicant shall install 1no. bat box on the southeast facing gable end, 1no. swallow/swift nest box below the eaves on the northeast facing (front) elevation and 1no, house martin nest box under the eaves on the southwest (rear) elevation as indicated on Drawing nos. '02 Rev.B, dated: 13 June 2024' and '03 Rev. C, dated: 14 June 2024' within 1 month of the decision issued date

Bydd yr ymgeisydd yn gosod 1 blwch ystlumod ar y talcen sy'n wynebu'r de-ddwyrain, 1 blwch nythu gwenoliaid/gwennol ddu o dan y bondo ar y drychiad sy'n wynebu'r gogledd-ddwyrain (blaen) ac 1 blwch nythu gwenoliaid y bondo o dan y bondo ar y drychiad de-orllewin (cefn) fel y dangosir ar luniad rhif. 5. All native planting and seeding comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the date on the decision notice or completion of the development, whichever is sooner; and any native plants or shrubs which within the period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species
