Planning conditions
- The application fails to incorporate any ecological enhancement measures and is not supported by a Green Infrastructure Statement and as such is contrary to Strategic Policy D and Development Policy 1 of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan 2016-2031, and Part 6 of Planning Policy Wales, Edition 12 February 2024.
- Mae'r cais yn methu ag ymgorffori unrhyw fesurau gwella ecolegol ac nid yw wedi'i gefnogi gan Ddatganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd ac felly mae'n groes i Bolisi Strategol D a Pholisi Datblygu 1 o Gynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri 2016-2031 a fabwysiadwyd, a Rhan 6 o Bolisi Cynllunio Cymru, Rhifyn 12 Chwefror 2024.
- Insufficient detail has been provided with regard to the impact of pollution from the proposal upon controlled waters or as to the management and maintenance of the slurry pit and associated inputs and discharges. As such the proposal is contrary to Strategic Policy D and Development Policy 1(xi) and (xxi) of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan 2016-2031.
