- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the Biodiversity Enhancements recommended in the Preliminary Ecological Assessment and Bat Emergence Survey report (Green Man Ecology, 05/05/2025) are followed and implemented in full and that the recommended habitats are of a woodcrete/woodstone construction to ensure longevity and is fitted as per the manufacturer’s instruction.
