- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Location Plan 1:2500 • Proposed Block Plan 1:500 • 735/0325/PL01B: Proposed elevations and floor plan • Landscape management Plan, Stephen Cutmore, 17 July 2025 • Ecological Appraisal, Stephen Cutmore, 18 July 2025 • Landscape and Biodiversity Enhancement Plan
- The roofing sheets and wall cladding of the new building hereby approved shall be finished in slate grey / BS18B29 colour.
- Dylai'r to a'r cladin wal ar gyfer yr adeilad newydd a gymeradwyir drwy hyn gael eu gorffen mewn lliw llwyd llechi / BS18B29.
- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the recommendations in the Landscape Management Plan report (Stephen Cutmore, 17 July 2025) are followed and implemented in full.
- Dylai'r ymgeisydd/datblygwr sicrhau bod yr argymhellion yn adroddiad y Cynllun Rheoli Tirwedd (Stephen Cutmore, 17 Gorffennaf 2025) yn cael eu dilyn a'u gweithredu'n llawn.
- The applicant must ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with GPP6: Working on construction and demolition sites.

- If external lighting is proposed it must comply with Guidance Note 08/23, Bats and Artificial Lighting at Night by BCT/ILP
