- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan Drawing 4.1 ‘Roof Plan Proposed’ Drawing 4.2 ‘Section A-A Proposed’ Product datasheet velux heritage conservation-gcl (3 December 2024) Green Infrastructure Statement and Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme (21 January 2025)
- The 4no. rooflights hereby approved shall be conservation units mounted flush with the plane of the roof in accordance with the submitted details ‘product datasheet velux heritage conservation’ received on 3 December 2024.
- Bydd y 4 ffenstr to a ganiateir drwy hyn yn unedau cadwraeth wedi’u gosod yn gyfwyneb â phlaen y to yn unol â’r manylion a gyflwynwyd ‘product sheet velux heritage heritage’ a dderbyniwyd ar 3 Rhagfyr 2024.
- The 3 no. rooflights on the northern roof slope marked W1, W2 and W3 on Drawing 4.1 Roof Plan Proposed and Drawing 4.2 Section A-A Proposed shall be non-opening.
- Bydd rhiad i'r 3 ffenestr to ar lethr gogleddol y to sydd wedi'u nodi W1, W2 a W3 ar y cynllun 4.1 Roof Plan Proposed a cynllun 4.2 Section A-A fod yn rhai ddi-agor.
- All biodiversity enhancement measures outlined within Section 7 of the submitted Green Infrastructure Statement shall be implemented in full within 3 months of substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
