Listed Building Consent to re-roof barn and install cast iron rainwater goods

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

5. The existing slate shall be retained and re-used wherever possible. Replacement slates shall be of an equivalent colour, texture, size, and weathering characteristics as the existing and retained thereafter

On completion of the hereby approved works, a plan illustrating the locations of the access gaps retained for bats, as stipulated in Section 7.3 of the submitted protected species survey report (Johnston, A. 2025. Protected Species Survey Report – for Pen y Bont Corn Barn, Penmachno, Conwy, LL24 0RA – Undertaken by A L Johnston Ecology – Report date 15th July 2025), shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application
