- No development in pursuant to this permission shall commence until such time as detailed plans are submitted by formal application to the Local Planning Authority which will include: • details regarding the existing and proposed roof structure in the form of a roof plan showing the number and position of the trusses, purlins, rafters, wall plate, eaves and verge details together with internal photographs. • elevational drawings to show the coping stones, ridges, eaves and verge details at a greater scale.
