- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the mitigation recommended in the Preliminary Ecological Assessment report (Greenman Ecology, 25 May 2024) are followed and implemented in full.

- The applicant shall ensure that the proposed roof windows are fitted with suitable blinds to ensure no unwarranted upward light spillage that would harm the Eryri Dark Skies Reserve designation
