  4.   5. No external lighting shall be installed at this facility unless it complies with ‘Guidance Note 08/23, Bats and Artificial Lighting at Night’ by BCT/ILP

Prior to occupation of the development hereby approved, provision shall be made within the corresponding plot for the parking of vehicles as detailed on the approved site plans, the parking areas shall be retained for their designated use for as long as the development hereby permitted remains in existence
