- Prior to their installation, samples of the proposed slate flooring and reclaimed timber floorboards shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed materials.

- Prior to the alteration or repair of any timber elements, a detailed timber repair schedule, supported by photographs, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application. All such works shall be implemented in full accordance with the approved details.
