- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Ecological Mitigation, Enhancement and Management Plan, Arbtech (22/08/2023) Location Plan AL.00.01 Proposed Floor Plans A1 (November 24)
- The developer/applicant shall ensure that the ecological mitigation and enhancement features detailed within the Ecological Mitigation, Enhancement and Management Plan, Arbtech (22/08/2023) as well as those shown on the Proposed Floor Plans A1 (November 2024) shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details within three months of the date of this decision.
- Prior to its installation, full details of lighting shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Lighting Plan should include: • External lighting/internal light spillage assessment and plans that are compliant with the provisions of the Lighting Professionals and Bat Conservation Trust: Guidance Note 8 Bats and Artificial Lighting Institution of Lighting Professionals. The submitted details shall consider construction and post construction phases of the scheme.
- Bydd rhaid i'r datblygwr/ymgeisydd yn sicrhau bod y nodweddion lliniaru a gwella ecolegol y manylir arnynt yn y Cynllun Lliniaru, Gwella a Rheoli Ecolegol, Arbtech (22/08/2023) yn ogystal â’r rhai a ddangosir ar y Cynlluniau Llawr Arfaethedig A1 (Tachwedd 2024) yn cael eu gweithredu yn unol â’r manylion a gymeradwywyd o fewn tri mis i ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn.
