- The advertisement and any associated fittings shall be removed from the site in its entirety no later than 5 years from the date of this decision or 5 years after the date of completion of building operations, whichever first occurs.

- To comply with Regulation 13(5) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.
- Er mwyn cyd-fynd â Rheol 13(5) o'r Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Rheolaeth o Hysbysebion) Rheolau 1992.
- In accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies 2016-2031 and in particular Development Policy 10.
- Yn unol â Pholisïau Cynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri 2016-2031 ac yn enwedig Polisi Datblygu 10.
- To comply with Regulation 13(5) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 which contains 5 standard conditions: i. No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. ii. No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to: a) endanger persons using any highway, railway, waterway, dock, harbour or aerodrome (civil or military); b) obscure, or hinder the ready interpretation of, any traffic sign, railway signal or aid to navigation by water or air; or c) hinder the operation of any device used for the purpose of security or surveillance or for measuring the speed of any vehicle. iii. Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. iv. Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. v. Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity.
- Er mwyn cydymffurfio â Rheoliad 13(5) o Reoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Rheoli Hysbysebion) 1992 sy'n cynnwys 5 amod safonol: i. Ni ddylid arddangos unrhyw hysbyseb heb ganiatâd perchennog y safle neu unrhyw berson arall sydd â buddiant yn y safle sydd â'r hawl i roi caniatâd. ii. Ni ddylid gosod nac arddangos unrhyw hysbyseb mewn ffordd sy'n: a) peryglu pobl sy'n defnyddio unrhyw briffordd, rheilffordd, dyfrffordd, doc, harbwr neu faes awyr (sifil neu filwrol); b) ni ddylid cuddio, na rhwystro dehongliad rhwydd o, unrhyw arwydd traffig, signal rheilffordd neu gymorth i lywio ar dd"{r neu yn yr awyr; neu c) ni ddylid rhwystro gweithrediad unrhyw ddyfais a ddefnyddir at ddibenion diogelwch neu wyliadwriaeth neu ar gyfer mesur cyflymder unrhyw gerbyd. iii. Rhaid cynnal unrhyw hysbyseb a arddangosir, ac unrhyw safle a ddefnyddir ar gyfer arddangos hysbysebion, mewn cyflwr nad yw'n amharu ar amwynder gweledol y safle. iv. Rhaid cynnal unrhyw strwythur neu hysbyseb a godir neu a ddefnyddir yn bennaf at ddiben arddangos hysbysebion mewn cyflwr nad yw'n peryglu'r cyhoedd. v. Lle mae'n ofynnol cael gwared ar hysbyseb o dan y Rheoliadau hyn, rhaid gadael y safle mewn cyflwr nad yw'n peryglu'r cyhoedd nac yn amharu ar amwynder gweledol.
