- No development in pursuant to this permission shall take place until a biodiversity enhancement scheme has been submitted to and approved by means of a formal application to the local planning authority. Any such approved biodiversity enhancement scheme shall be implemented in full within six months of this building first being occupied for the use hereby approved and shall thereafter be maintained to the entire satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
