- The access hereby approved shall be utilised by agricultural vehicles for agricultural purposes only and for no other use.
- Bydd y fynedfa a ganiateir drwy hyn yn cael ei defnyddio gan gerbydau amaethyddol at ddibenion amaethyddol yn unig ac nid ar gyfer unrhyw ddefnydd arall.
- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the Mitigation and Biodiversity Enhancement measures recommended in the Ecological Appraisal report (P J Ecological Solutions, September 2023) are followed and implemented in full.

The applicant/developer’s attention is drawn to the comments received from the Planning Ecologist, a commitment included in the submitted Green Infrastructure Statement, to ensure that a precautionary approach should be adopted to the dismantling of the section of stone wall, works should not be carried out during the reptile hibernation period October – March inclusive. When works to dismantle the wall are carried out, they should be done with care and by hand to allow any animals potentially within to disperse.
