Planning conditions
- The telecommunications mast hereby approved and any associated ground-based equipment and compound associated with this mast shall be removed in its entirety from the land on or before 31 December 2032.
- Rhaid symud y mast telathrebu a gymeradwyir drwy hyn ac unrhyw offer a chyfansoddyn cysylltiedig ar y ddaear sy'n gysylltiedig â'r mast hwn yn ei gyfanrwydd o'r tir ar neu cyn 31 Rhagfyr 2032.
- If before 31 December 2032 the telecommunication mast and associated equipment become redundant or obsolete, then the mast and ground based equipment must be removed within six months of the telecommunication facility ceasing to operate.
- Os bydd y mast telathrebu a'r offer cysylltiedig yn dod yn ddiangen neu'n hen ffasiwn cyn 31 Rhagfyr 2032, yna rhaid cael gwared ar y mast a'r offer ar y ddaear o fewn chwe mis i'r cyfleuster telathrebu roi'r gorau i weithredu.
