  5. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner; and any trees or plants which within the period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species.
  6. Rhaid cwblhau’r holl waith plannu, hadu neu dywarchu a gynhwysir yn y manylion tirlunio a gymeradwywyd yn ystod y tymor plannu a hadu cyntaf, ar ôl meddiannu’r adeiladau neu gwblhau’r datblygiad, pa un bynnag a ddaw gyntaf; a bydd yn rhaid plannu coed neu blanhigion newydd o fath a maint cyffelyb yn lle unrhyw rai sy’n cael eu clirio ymaith neu eu difrodi’n ddifrifol neu gael clefyd cyn pen 5 blynedd o gwblhau’r datblygiad, a hynny yn ystod y tymor plannu nesaf.
  7. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
