  1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

  5. The roof and walls of the building hereby permitted shall be finished in a colour complying with BS18 B29 and maintained thereafter.
  6. Rhaid i do a waliau'r adeilad a ganiateir drwy hyn gael eu gorffen mewn lliw sy'n cydymffurfio a BS18 B29 a'u cynnal wedi hynny.
  7. The applicant/developer shall ensure that the mitigation and biodiversity enhancement recommended in the Green Infrastructure Statement as submitted as a part of this application are followed and implemented in full.
  8. Bydd yr ymgeisydd/datblygwr yn sicrhau bod y mesurau lliniaru a gwella bioamrywiaeth a argymhellir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd fel y'i cyflwynwyd fel rhan o'r cais hwn yn cael eu dilyn a'u gweithredu'n llawn.n.
