- The roofing sheets & wall cladding of the new building hereby approved shall be finished in slate grey / BS18B29 colour.

- The agricultural building hereby approved shall be used only for the purpose of a workshop, storing agricultural implements and animal feed and for no other purpose, operation or business

Any such approved biodiversity enhancement scheme shall be implemented in full within six months of this building first being occupied for the use hereby approved and shall thereafter be maintained to the entire satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority

- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the Public Right of Way (G16/117) remains unfettered and does not adversely affect the free flow of pedestrians during and after the construction phase
