Decision & conditions

Refused
Planning conditions
  1. The proposal by virtue of its location and siting, height, form and scale, located away from the residential dwelling known as Bryn Awelon, Garndolbenmaen will be unduly prominent in the landscape. It is not considered compatible with the open countryside location and would have a detrimental impact on the surrounding landscape. It is considered that the proposal fails to conserve and enhance the ‘Special Qualities’ and purposes of the National Park contrary to criteria points i, ii, iii of Policy DP 1
  2. fghenj
  3. The proposal relies on the use of an unauthorised access track that does not form part of this application. In light of this, the Authority is unable to ascertain if the proposed access conforms with criteria point vii of Policy DP 1
  4. Mae'r cynnig yn dibynnu ar ddefnyddio llwybr mynediad heb awdurdod nad yw'n rhan o'r cais hwn. Yng ngoleuni hyn, nid yw'r Awdurdod yn gallu canfod a yw'r mynediad arfaethedig yn cydymffurfio â phwynt vii o Bolisi DP 1
