  5. The hereby approved half-bowler cabinet and the 6130 cabinet shall be the same colour as the existing cobra cabinet at the site and retained as such thereafter. For the avoidance of doubt, a photograph of the existing cobra cabinet is attached, as reference, to this decision notice.
