- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Beudy_Newydd_updated (Location Plan) • Beudy-Newydd-Nantmor-Gwynedd-LL55-4YL-greenhouse (Site Plan) • Proposed Elevations • Green Infrastructure Statement (received 05.11.24)
- Notwithstanding the submitted drawing ‘Proposed Elevations’ the external walls of the greenhouse shall be constructed of local natural stone to match those of the existing dwelling.

- All biodiversity enhancement measures outlined within the submitted Green Infrastructure Statement (received 05.11.24) shall be implemented in full within 3 months of substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
