- By reason of the applicant failing to demonstrate that the proposed conversion and change of use of the outbuilding is located on a bone fide farm holding and provides for a scheme of farm diversification to supplement the income of a farm holding, or any other rural enterprise scheme, this application is in conflict with ELDP policies C, 9 and 20 and SPG 8.
- By reason of an extant section 106 agreement dated 12 August 1996 stating at clause d that the building should ‘not to use the proposed building to be erected on the red land as a permanent dwelling or holiday home’ any approval would be place in conflict with this agreement.
- Oherwydd bod yr ymgeisydd yn methu â dangos bod y trosiad arfaethedig a'r newid defnydd o'r adeilad allanol wedi'i leoli ar ddaliad fferm ac mae'n darparu ar gyfer cynllun arallgyfeirio ffermydd i ategu incwm daliad fferm, neu unrhyw gynllun menter wledig arall, mae'r cais hwn yn gwrthdaro â pholisïau ELDP C, 9 ac 20 a SPG 8.
