- Within three months of the commencement of the development, the biodiversity enhancements, in the form of two bird boxes of woodcrete/woodstone construction, shall be installed on the northern elevation as per the manufacturers instructions. These biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions (where applicable) and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification

- If the development hereby approved becomes redundant or obsolete, then the air-source heat pump, solar panels, and all associated external equipment and fixtures must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate
