Application overview
Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 3 (Materials), 8 (Landscaping) and 15 (Tree Planting and Maintenance) of Planning Permission ref: 2023/2988 (Detached two-storey house with rooms in the roof space and attached garage, entrance gates, swimming pool and access from Broad Highway). Variation to consist of changes to the external appearance including the materials, a new traditional roof design, the dormer window designs and locations, fenestration alterations at ground and first floor and revise the front vehicular entrance gates from railed gates to wooden gates. The proposal also includes alterations to the previously approved landscaping, tree planting and maintenance.
