Application overview
Tree Preservation Order EL:11/07 - G3 - Sycamore in group - Fell to ground level. Tree has extensive basal decay which has led to the main stem becoming very hollow. Previous snap outs at around 4m tall. At the top of the previous snap outs looks to be an old topping point which has decayed the whole way down to the stem. this has left a single stem leaning over the road with no balance and formed into a hollow structure the tree is not safe to be kept. The basal decay is extensive and goes up the whole main stem. G4 - Oak on left of driveway - reduce live growth by 2m to help with the trees decline and dieback. Remove Deadwood. final height of 10m approximately. Tree in decline and has a large leaning limb over the road with multiple pieces of deadwood within the canopy.
