- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 008E, BL01 and 007F Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The windows on the side dormer shall be permanently maintained in the condition of obscure glazing to Pilkingtons level 3 or greater, and to be side-opening to the left, with a restrictor allowing a maximum opening of 100mm. Reason: To protect the amenity and privacy of the adjoining residential properties.
- No additional or altered windows shall be constructed in the side elevations of the development hereby approved. Reason: To protect the amenity and privacy of the adjoining residential properties.
- Note to Applicant: This decision is made in accordance with Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), which allows for the granting of planning permission for development that has been commenced and/or been completed.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (September 2023), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
