- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: - 001 A01 - Location Plan - 21142 - Measured Building Survey (floor plans) - Covering letter dated 6 December 2022 confirming rooms in use Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The use hereby permitted shall be for a limited period expiring on 28 August 2023. On or before this date, the permitted use shall cease and the building shall revert back to its former use. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to assess the impact of the proposed development.
- The building shall not be occupied by more than 20 persons. Reason: To protect the amenity of the surrounding area and neighbouring residents, and to ensure adequate provision of parking.
- Note to applicant: This decision is made in accordance with Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), which allows for the granting of planning permission for development that has been commenced and/or been completed.
