- Reason: The proposed felling of 1 no. Birch (T1) is considered unjustified due to lack of supporting information which is required (in the form of an arboricultural report, e.g.). Th tree is not considered imminently dangerous. Dead wood can be removed without planning permission. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
