Planning conditions
  1. REFUSE: 3no. Pine (T1, T2 & T3, originates from EBC land to the rear of property) - Selective pruning back to boundary fence line of branches from these trees located at the rear of property that currently overhang property boundary. Reason for refusal: The Scots pines (T1-3) are woodland edge trees and have naturally adopted, asymmetric crowns with the majority of growth on the side of the garden. Removal of all of the overhang would remove most, if not all needles/foliage. It would leave the trees bare down one side and adversely impact on public views of the woodland from Beechwood Rise.
  2. CONSENT TO: 3no. Pine (T1, T2 & T3) – Crownlift to 5m above ground level over the garden.
  3. The tree works hereby consented shall be completed within 2 years of the date of this permission and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010
  4. Note to Applicant: The granting of consent does not give the applicant or their agent a legal right to enter land without the owner’s permission. Please do not leave arisings in the woodland. Please arrange for these to be appropriately disposed of. All works hereby consented should be carried out by a suitably qualified and insured tree surgeon. A copy of the decision notice should be given to the Tree Surgeon. Please be advised that the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 as amended, the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and the Conservation (Natural Habitats) Regulations 1994 protect ALL wild birds, their nests (whether in use or being built) and eggs and other wild animals including bats and their roosts in or adjacent to trees.
