1no. Oak (T1) - Prune back the main overhanging limb by 2m with a maximum cut diameter of 200mm. The neighbouring property (53 Devonshire Gardens) has reported that branches leaves & debris from the overhanging Oak tree have fallen into their garden & decking. Additionally, the tree's leaf fall has caused slime to accumulate on the decking, making it slippery which has resulted in falls.
