CONSENT TO: 1no. Sycamore (G11.1 tree within group on bank) - Prune to clear property by 2-2.5m to good pruning points.
The tree works hereby consented shall be completed in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010. The consented tree works may be repeated once every three (3) years without further application, for a period of 10 years from the date of this decision notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any work beyond the scope of the consented specification will require a new TPO application to be made. Reason: to ensure works are carried out to an appropriate standard and to reduce future burden of making and determining TPO applications for routine work.
Notes to Applicant: T2 (Horse Chestnut) is not protected by TPO. All works hereby consented should be carried out by a suitably qualified and insured tree surgeon. A copy of the decision notice should be given to the Tree Surgeon. Deadwood may be removed at any time without an application. Please be advised that the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 as amended, the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and the Conservation (Natural Habitats) Regulations 1994 protect ALL wild birds, their nests (whether in use or being built) and eggs and other wild animals including bats and their roosts in or adjacent to trees. The granting of consent does not give the applicant or their agent a legal right to enter land without the owner’s permission. Advice regarding overhead utilities should be sought with the relevant service provider prior to commencing works.
