T_25_100476 PL_Final Decision T_25_100476 Decision notice informative leaflet - CTR, RTR
Planning conditions
  1. REFUSE: 1no. Sycamore (TPO 280E) - Crown reduction by 2.5-3m on the north, south and west sides with the height of the Crown reduced by 3-4m.
  2. Reason: The proposed crown reduction by 2.5-3m on the north, south and west sides with the height of the crown reduced by 3-4m is considered unjustified and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree. The proposed crown reduction will significantly reduce the public amenity provided by the tree and result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area. The proposal has been refused due to the the absence of any actionable nuisance or arboricultural evidence of decay or disease submitted with the application. More details are available in the officer report.
